Assalamalaikum! Hey, y'all ✋

So, if you guys know me , you must be aware about my caffeine addiction. I am an avid caffeine consumer! I tried to eradicate it and replace caffeine with something healthier because , eventually this whole over consumption thingy led to insomnia, dull complexion and skin issues 💔
So, recently, I've been looking for an easy and effective detox tea that will boost your metabolism up a notch! 👌
This one's basically a natural detoxifying tea that aids weight loss, boosts metabolism , its anti inflammatory ,anti bacterial , it is SO refreshing, and tastes fab!
So, here's what you need👇
-1 tbs raw/ liquid honey.
-1 tbs apple cider vinegar.
-half a pinch of tumeric powder.
-half a pinch of cinnamon powder.
-few shreds of grated ginger.
-few mint leaves (optional, i used dried mint leaves)
-a slice of lemon.
Place all these ingredients in a cup of hot water , stir well and you're done.

I think i am pretty much obsessed with this tea ever since i got hold of it , majorly because of the immense health benefits of the key ingredients.
Honey is said to be anti bacterial, tumeric combats cancer and depression , it's got great healing properties too.
Lemon improves metabolism and burns fat rapidly,it also cleanses your stomach and bowels.
Ginger is superly great for rhinovirus which causes cold, and a lot more!
Cinammon also fights diarrhea , it lowers your blood sugar and cholestrol levels.
Apple cider vinegar aids weight loss, it removes teeth stains , it actually improves your entire inner system.It also reduces the sugar level for those that are diabetic.

Review: “Tvakh" Mystic Rose Exclusive Valentine's Collection.
