Assalamalaikum!☺
Hey, you guys!
So, basically , this one's for those of you who are new to basic and short span cardio exercises.
I honestly love working out , be it yoga or any other workout. The whole point of working out is to break a sweat , so yup 👏
But, i am pretty much a couch potato myself and quite dormant, lol.
It becomes difficult to workout regularly with a fixed time span.
So, i wanted to figure out a very minimal (basic) , yet impactful lot of moves that'll help you tone up and stay fit, and here's what i found👇
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=R0mMyV5OtcM
These are basically beginners warm up moves, but you may wanna expand the time span of these for faster and better results.
These moves instantly make you feel so energetic and vigorous . Yo can feel your entire body gearing up!
You may probably experience muscle soreness after a few workout sessions , oh that's inevitable anyways. No pain no gain ain't just another cliche 😜
