Hello, loves!
Assalamalaikum.
I wanted to share my experience regarding my latest purchase.
It's the Essence All about sunrise palette that i got from The White's pharmacy in Al Salam mall, and it's also one of my first ever purchase from Essence.
Honestly speaking , i am very impressed .
In days where makeup prices are hyping up a great deal , it's good to find a descent eyeshadow palette with a darling price tag of SR 20.
This palette has an array of 6 shimmery and silky neutral shades. It also claims to have a matte shade , but it's rather shimmery and not necesserily matte.I am speaking about about the dark brown shade in the lower row.
The shades are crazy pigmented. You don't even need a primer to get a strong colour pay off.
But, ofcourse , they blend better with the primer on and stand out even more.
I did a lot of eyelooks matching n mixing the different shades. You can do ton's of day looks to smoky bombshell with palettes like these.
I feel the all the shades are pretty wearable since they're all warm and neutral toned.
All the shadows harmonize with each other so well, making the final look seemlessly blended.
One of my favourite shadow is the Vanilla toned one in the upper row, i use it in my eyecorners and my eyes instantly pop and look so lively.
I also use it as a browbone highlight , works great due to it's ability to highlight the high points your face.
The golden eyeshadow, although looks very yellow toned , appers subtle and toned down on application and nothing tacky!
I din't notice any major fall out , although shimmery shades tend to be chunky, the formula's just great i guess! :D
Highly recommend it for daily to occassional application :)
